The Odyssey approach to fitness and nutrition is built upon three simple concepts:

When we learn how our body works, we become empowered to make better decisions for it. Education is a key component of the Odyssey approach to nutrition coaching. Why should you be clueless about the inner workings of your own body? Feeding ourselves is a basic human necessity, and yet many of us do not know how to do it. I am your coach, meaning, I am here to teach you to eat well. We will learn about how food can be fuel, how it affects us and how it can be medicine. Our goal is to cultivate your knowledge of nutrition, so when our time together comes to a close, you will know how to feed yourself in a way that will allow you to look great and feel even better, for life.

I am committed to helping you reach your goals. But it’s a 50/50 road, and nothing works without dedication and elbow grease. When it comes to your health journey, commitment is a pillar that comes before nearly everything. With Odyssey, we recognize commitment is a character trait that can only be developed with practice. It is a skill that requires honing, and I am here to help you sharpen your commitment sword. 

We believe health and fitness is a journey, not a destination. The road to better health is paved with ups and downs. You will make mistakes and you will face setbacks. Trial and error, and even failure are a necessary part of the process. At Odyssey, we believe that together we can learn from our mistakes, embrace our journey, and become passionate about consistently making health conscious decisions. Rather than aspiring to have the body of a celebrity, we aspire to continually pursue health, happiness, longevity and confidence, becoming the best version of ourselves in the process.
